Nepali Mann Udhyog cultivates its inspiration from Timmur (Sichuan pepper), which is the secret to the enigmatic taste of our products. We started in 2008 with plain Timmur Chhop - traditionally prepared with powdered chilly and timmur. Through the years, we have expanded our product catalog with pickles in varied flavors that include buff, chicken, and shrimp, an evolution sprouting from consumer demands. Timmur, a herb native to the Himalayas is also known to bear beneficial effects for the digestive, circulatory, and immune systems.
Each batch of pickles is produced with the same passion and dedication to retain the authentic taste that we are known for and the impeccable quality that our customers know us for. Each ingredient is also chosen considering its health benefits. These are sourced freshly from organic farms around Nepal. We have even started farming Timmur in our own farms in Nawalpur and Dhading. From our humble beginnings, we have expanded substantially and now supply products to food retailers, shops, and restaurants around the globe and are an ISO-certified company.
