Pricing Errors and cancellation of orders from Nepalimannudhyog

Nepalimannudhyog reserves the right to cancel an order any time before it has been delivered at the following mentioned conditions.

1. By mistake if an incorrect price has been mentioned on the website. We will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions prior to  delivery of the order or notify you of the outright cancellation of the order.
2. Billing information provided for the credit card does not match the information on file with the card of the issuing bank.

   Please Note:

1. The issuance of an order number or the receipt of the confirmation email does not serve as a guarantee that an order will be fulfilled.
2. If customers decide to cancel the order before it is delivered then Nepalimannudhyog will deduct 25% of the full amount. And only 75% of the actual paid amount will be refunded.

Can I change the delivery address?

Yes, you can change the delivery address if and only if the item has not been delivered yet (that is usually within 12 hours). If the item has been already delivered then we will suggest you collect the item from the address mentioned in your order.

I have not received my order?

We always deliver our products to the address mentioned in the order. So be sure to indicate the complete and correct address to be delivered when you are placing your order.

Nepalimannudhyog is not responsible for items that have not been received due to an incorrect address or change of address. If you have not received your order and would like to check the product, please contact our Customer care department at Nepalimannudhyog.com (be sure to note your order number and email address and verify the correct mailing address).

Our customer care team will check our record to determine when your order was processed and delivered.
